One of the biggest perks of being a photographer in Montana is all the gorgeous locations that I have yet to discover! This Montana fall engagement photoshoot had me so inspired I kept my camera running well past dark! The locations Kendal & Chase chose in the Bears Paw Mountains outside Havre Montana were absolutely stunning with the golden fall leaves falling all around us! This is a place I have never been before but I would definitely suggest it to any of my future clients for photoshoot!

I have had a long history with Kendal’s family. Before I met Kendal, I was her sister’s photographer, shooting her engagement, wedding, and family pictures. It really brings me a feeling of a personal connection being a part of a family’s special moments.

I met Kendal and Chase at two previous family photoshoots and I knew something was brewing when they kept adding hound dogs to the picture. Not too long after, they announced their engagement! The chemistry between them is undeniable and during their engagement shoot, I was often hard-pressed to get them to be serious at all. From the get-go, they have been one of the most candid and playful couples.

Check out this stunning location at the Beaver Creek Reservoir Dam in Havre Montana. I’m so looking forward to their October wedding this coming year!
