I haven’t done this in a long time! I love traveling to my client’s ranches to photograph but Ireland had a different idea and I can’t argue with the fact that it was very refreshing. No to mention we stopped for ice cream along the way. We decided to start the shoot with some water pictures and then just traveled around town checking out different places and finding some really cool stuff. It’s crazy to think of all the interesting spots you miss when you’re not looking. We met a really nice older couple who had an adorable yellow chair in their yard that they were happy to let us use. Then I had a crazy idea, back to the river for a few swimming pictures! It was cold, but Ireland was a champ!

I love pushing myself outside my comfort zone at times. It restores my creative mind and gets me thinking outside the box. Ireland and I had no shortage of incredible areas to pick from and she made the ordinary, excuisit.
