She is the queen of the buckskin horses and can hold her own in the roping corral. The evening I arrived for Laynie’s senior pictures they had just finished working cows in time to shower and get ready. A day in the life on a ranch.

I was immediately impressed with all the spots Laynie had picked out and I think they representer her personality perfectly. Her family ranch is predominately farm land but they also raise registered cattle. If you ask Laynie, she favors the cattle but was willing to take a photo with the old tractor anyhow.

For the end of the shoot, she had picked out a blooming pea field to use with her horses and that gorgeous black dress! Who would have thought peas could be so fun to shoot in, but not so fun to walk in!! lol
